Terms

These terms govern use of the Photoplan booking platform at app.photoplan.ai, operated by Photoplan Bookings Limited (registered in England and Wales 15146643, 1 Towerfield Close, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS3 9QP).

By creating an account or placing a booking you agree to these terms and to the full terms of business (effective 1 July 2026) published at photoplan.co.uk/terms.

Accounts

Public registration creates a customer account for booking property photography, floor plans and virtual tours. Photographer access is granted separately. You must keep your login details secure and provide accurate contact details so we can coordinate bookings.

Bookings

Submitting a booking request does not confirm an appointment until Photoplan or the assigned photographer agrees a date and time. Requested slots remain in Date Agreement until that happens. Prices are shown ex VAT unless we say otherwise; VAT is added where applicable.

Acceptable use

Use the platform only for legitimate property marketing work. Do not attempt to access other customers' data, interfere with the service, or use another person's account.
