What we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email, optional company name, mobile number and office number. Phone numbers are used to coordinate bookings — our team or assigned photographers may call or text about access and timing. We also keep booking, property and delivery records needed to fulfil your orders.
How we use it
We use this information to create your customer account, take and manage bookings, send sign-in links, and deliver photography and related services. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion where we no longer need it to fulfil a booking or legal obligation. Contact hello@photoplan.co.uk.
